rebooted radio modem at tower, bypassed white timer device and pluged modem power supply directly into outlet. Network connection restored.

LI-7500a CO2 signal strength at 0.0. Could indicate "contaminated optics". Pictures of LI-7500 connection and diagnostics screens included and will reach out to LI-COR about it.
