Span cylinder at 1000 psi, N2 at 300 --> 1920 psi

swapped N2; now using cc236580 (at 300 psi) with AP200; started cc301531 at 1920 psi

from 10:00-10:15 MST, removed screens from OTT Pluvio sensors (tested them w/o screens and now they seem ok)

NOTE: do not use pluvio1/pluvio2 data since Tue 6/25/24!

from 11:30-12:00 MST, added span (ru000402, from LBL) and n2 gas cylinders (cc236580) to the ap200 system

from 12:30-13:00 MST, moved ap200 temp sensor #8 from ap200 level to 21.5m

short rain shower in PM?

JD192

11

JD193
Dave from MRS reported that there is a break/short in the power feed to C-1 that supports higher up on the ridge and NEON; power at US-NR1 is still ok

Hot

JD194
at around 3:30 MST, there was a large power outage that affected Ned to Ward (and MRS)

at around 13:00 MST, the power was restored

the fast logger did not come back up (NCTC logger is also dropping many samples)

at 15:45 MST, did ddn/dup to the nidas system to try and fix any issues (didn't seem to help)

[p.s. about five min after ddn/dup, the fast logger DID start sending data...NCTC is still having some issues]

[p.p.s., Dave from MRS reported that a marmot had gotten into a transformer box...and shorted some wires (and itself)]

at 23:51 MST, the fast logger (ch. 30) stopped working again!

Very Hot

at around 9:00 MST, did ddn/dup to the nidas system to try and fix any issues

at around 11:00 MST, rebooted isffa to try and cleanup the fast logger data (didn't fix problem)

Site Visit (SpB, AB, SD, SH, DB): Details , Photos (38)

Span cylinder at 700 psi, N2 at 1810 psi

for AP200: Span cylinder at 1750 psi, N2 at 250 psi

changed the power source for the fast logger (now the fast channel is ok)

DB added four meter teros11 tree water content sensors near the N Canopy tower

at 11:30 MST, reduced the span/n2 cylinder pressures for the AP200 (to match flow/pressure during inlet sampling)

SpB Jeep

clear in AM; light rain at around noon

In Lab/Cristol (SpB, HR): Details , Photos (?)

Span cylinder at 900 psi (closed main valve), N2 at 1810 psi

for AP200: Span cylinder at 1850 psi, N2 at 300 psi

from 9:42:15-9:44:15 MST, added 500 ml of water to pluvio1

from 9:45-9:47 MST, added 500 ml of water to pluvio2

at around 12 MST, swapped SD card from GPSCAM

from 12:40-12:45 MST, swapped the location of pluvio1 with pluvio2 (and started using ucb_33.csi; consistent saving of pluvio1/2 variables)

both tree sway sensors had no data (dead battery?)

from 14:00-15:00 MST, moved ap200 temp sensors to new locations: #8 (21.5m), #7, #4, #5, #6, #3, #2, #1 (20 cm)

Just-before we left, we decided to turn off the LI-6262 GAST pump
