checked picarro system (seems ok)

at 13:00 MST, moved 21.5m LI-7500 further out on boom

at 13:11 MST, adjusted flow rate in span/N2 of LI-6262 system

at 13:26 MST, slight adjustment to orientation of T.ir sensors

re-measured distance from 21.5m CSAT3 to upper picarro inlet
