new program in the PROF logger (prf_07.csi); removed all the old co2.prof variables; cleaned up program

at around 11:45 MST, started ops116 (taking into account new UCB and PROF logger programs)

from 12:00-12:40 MST, swapped internal lithium-ion and two 6V batteries in the base of the PROF cr23x logger

at around 13:15 MST, swapped rechargable batteries in the teros11 logger (Dave Barnard)
