moved n2 cylinder cc702638 from TGA shed to the tower base

moved empty n2 cylinder cc181030 from the tower to the trailer at C-1

moved empty n2 cylinder cc479490 from the tower to outside the TGA shed

from 14:50-15:20 MST, cleaned LI-7200 cell (also discovered the issue with LI-7200!)

note: LI-7200 heated intake tube is set to 2 watts
