Span cylinder at 1300 psi, N2 at 50 ---> 1400 psi

from approx 14:00-14:15 MST, removed cc702603 (n2) and started cc264960 at 1400 psi

at 12:20 MST, power-cycled (QE1 and QE2) power for photospec (for Troy), this seemed to fix an issue?

at 12:55 MST, cleared the snow from the subcanopy rad sensors (see photos)
