SDM issue with LI-7500 was causing csat and LI-7500 problems.

at 10:30 MST, reset LI-7500 then ok.

at 11 MST, replaced filter on EC system

changed LI-7500 from vertical to horizontal alignment

removed 3-m csat from mini-tower, made changes to ch204 in prep.config, etc

installed this csat on north canopy tower along with the LI-7500 (note, this is a NEW LI-7500)

[not quite finished with N canopy tower setup]

this should be the start of a new ops file!! (does it matter?)

Chan204 is now: u.csi.2m, v.csi.2m, w.csi.2m, tc.csi.2m, diag2, han.wdir.6m, han.wspd.6m
