Things done on Dean's profiler:
(1) Replaced tubing from manifold to glass volumes with 3/8" Dekabon.
(2) Glass volumes - have 2 repaired on campus. Line 6 had no volume (just a tube connecting them). I cracked the stem on Line 14, but still managed to connect the fitting (it could be leaking though). Will replace these lines with the repaired volumes on next visit.
(3) Started up the system at 1:30 PM. Seemed to be working OK - logger was opening valves every 30 sec. and flow rates seemed OK. didn't have a laptop to check how things were working (or logger clock, etc.). Only about 400 psi of N2 left and less CO2 cal. gas. Last note - seemed like Licor was reading negative CO2, (i.e., -368 ppm) as if the sample and reference cells were switched.
Left it running.
